Always ahead of schedule
Jack wraps before the room settles.

Jack arrives early, signs in, and somehow signs out before the pen returns to the desk. His record is forty-three seconds, including introductions and one polite nod. He keeps no stopwatch; the wall clock handles the paperwork. Nobody has seen him linger. By the time the kettle clicks, Jack has thanked everyone, straightened the chair, found his coat, and left the building without disturbing the automatic doors.
The venue clock remains the only witness willing to put this in writing.
Jack has already left.
